Returns Policy

All returns must be approved before shipping the product back to us. Please contact us before shipping out your product for return.

Products purchased from can be returned within 7 days of purchase at your expense. The product needs to be unused/unworn, in perfect condition with the original tags attached and in its original undamaged packaging with tape seals. There will be a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

We cannot accept returns that are simply a Change of Mind.

Due to health and hygiene reasons, microphones, earphones and headphones can only be returned if they are unopened within 7 days of purchase and are completely sealed or faulty.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of returning your item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item is not in resalable condition (eg. damaged or missing packaging, missing or damaged parts).
